Had an awesome getaway with friends! We explored the city and visited the local markets and enjoyed a show at the theater. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. Plus, the staff were super friendly!

Fairly clean venue with satisfactory breakfasts and street views. Pleasant and efficient staff, new-fashioned executive queen room. Fab food and quiet atmosphere. Fairly nice area, very central location close enough to the train station.

Quiet rooms with WLAN. Bar's very good, but it depends on who's bartending right now.
In the past, there used to be a voucher for a welcome drink at the bar for guests who stayed there more often. Seems to have dropped out by now.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and city center. The room felt spacious, modern, and comfortable, with good shower pressure and nice toiletries. Breakfast is where I found the best variety, but I wish there were more obvious vegan options. Dinner had a great selection of vegetarian choices, and the restaurant staff were genuinely friendly. The pillows were a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. I had a frustrating experience with parking. The hotel was busy due to a hen party, and the car park was full. I had to search for an alternative nearby, stressful. The mattress felt hot at night, and the floor in the breakfast area was sticky during my two mornings there.

i have stayed at this hotel befor and it was excellent. we booked this time in december for our weekend away dated 14th jan. when we arrived we found the hotel was having a refit. this caused quite a bit if disruption. the bar is not open they have made a kake shift one in the restaurant. the ground floor lifts were out of order, so we had to walk up 2 flights stairs to be able to get the lift to our floor. this was very inconvinient as i am disabled. we were not informed of this at the time of booking, and there is nothing on Booked.net website to warn u of this.

The hotel had a modern feel and was very clean, with friendly staff who were accommodating and helpful. The only downside was the slow service during dinner, which took too long. A pleasant place that I would consider revisiting for its convenient location and comfortable amenities.
